Mar 8, 2022 - High-profile highway corner in Allen is finally headed toward construction. Developer Billingsley Co. plans office and apartment building for tract at U.S. 75 and Rayburn Turnpike.

Dallas developer Billingsley Co., which acquired the 238 acres in 2021, hopes to start construction as soon as this year on the first phase of a huge mixed-use development.

“We've just engaged architect Perkins & Will to work with us on our first building in Allen,” Billingsley Co. partner Lucy Burns said. “We need to start designing this to kick off early next year.

“We'll build something on the office side that is six or seven stories,” Burns said. “By the end of this year, I bet we'll kick off the first phase of multifamily.”(Dallas News)
