Deep Ellum, short for "deep Elm Street," is an arts/entertainment district near downtown Dallas. It is bordered by I-45/75 on the west; Fair Park on the east; the neighborhood is north of Exposition Park and south of Bryan Place. Pacific, Elm, Main, Commerce and Canton streets run right through the heart of the neighborhood.

Adam Hats Lofts is one example of the type of urban living distinctive to the area. Actually a revitalized industrial building, Adam Hats combines modern lofts with old warehouse charm. With neighboring views of downtown Dallas, Deep Ellum and Fair Park, every loft at Adam Hats is unique.
