Unity Park is a city-funded park constructed to provide families and residents of Magnolia a place to enjoy nature, celebrate holidays, and conduct family outings. The park opened in July 2010 with a fireworks display. Other features of the park include a water splash pad, lookout points, walking/jogging trails, a pavilion for major events, an amphitheater, skate park, and many other great amenities. Magnolia is also home to the Texas Opry. The Texas Opry features nightly live country music and stage shows reminiscent of the Grand Ole Opry. Keeping with Magnolia's family oriented theme, the Texas Opry is a no smoking/non-alcoholic venue.
