MAA Heights is an upscale, pet-friendly apartment community in the uptown Dallas area. The complex is located at 3015 State St. and is just minutes from the American Airlines Center.
Unlike most other apartment complexes, where the units are all the same, MAA Heights offers a variety of interior amenities that allow you to customize your apartment home. Among the interior features available are either hardwood or concrete floors, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, built-in bookshelves and wood-burning fireplaces.
The complex allows dogs, cats, fish and birds kept in cages, although there is a pet deposit, part of which is non-refundable, and restrictions on some types of dogs. Two pets are allowed per apartment, and the weight limit is 80 pounds. Service animals are allowed without a deposit.
Community-wide amenities include a pool, two fitness centers, a coffee bar, a business center and a rooftop terrace.
